Rehabilitation Needs Assessment
Rehabilitation needs assessments are performed by occupational therapists to determine what interventions might assist an individual to move forwards from an injury or medical condition.
A thorough history is taken from the individual and, where appropriate, a physical screening assessment is completed.
Following this assessment a report can be provided to an insurer or funding body with detailed rehabilitation recommendations.
