Workstation assessments are performed by our specialist occupational therapists.
Often, even slight alterations to workstation setup can significantly reduce pain and risk of injury for workers.
Posture and body mechanics are assessed and practical recommendations are provided by our therapists.
These recommendations may include:-
- Adjustment to workstation layout,
- Specific equipment (eg: ergonomic computer mouse),
- Specific stretching / warm up exercises.
Brief or comprehensive written reports written in plain English are provided as requested.
