Pain Management
Our pain education programs (link please) can be combined with individualised gym and hydrotherapy exercises to assist with work hardening/physical conditioning, overcoming fear of movement and improving movement patterning. These programs generally last three full days. For a small additional fee, clients are also able to continue with gym membership once the pain management program has been completed (as appropriate) to assist with further work hardening.
