Vocational Assessment
Host Employment
Host Employment
Integrated Work Health are able to place injured workers into host employment as a part of their insurance claim.
We begin by assessing the individual in our rooms using elements of functional capacity and vocational assessment (generally taking up to one hour only).
We then locate through our local network, a host employer who will be able to cater for individual's current functional capacity, and will also align to their area of interest and transferable skills.
An occupational therapy worksite assessment is performed with the worker and a suitable duties plan is created.
