Psychological Counselling
Psychological Counselling
Psychological counselling focuses on primarily helping a person talk through their concerns and issues without necessarily offering advice or solutions.
The sessions are mostly of 1 hour duration with the psychologist listening and reflecting back some of the key points being shared, in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
Building up rapport and trust in the psychologist enables the most to be gained from the sessions.
Our psychologists will help you feel comfortable and relaxed no matter how distressed you may be when you begin.
