One of our psychologists has significant experience in providing specialist Sport Psychology consultancy services for athletes and coaches. This experience has been gained from working at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra (where most of Australia's top athletes train) and it's units in Brisbane and in private practice with a broad range of elite athletes playing at international and national levels, across many individual and team sports.
Services include performance anxiety management, arousal skills training, goal setting, competition planning, concentration training, motivation, team building and consultancy services for coaches.
Please call to discuss your specific needs further and to enquire about costs for these services. Other information may also be provided to the patient either incidentally during exercise sessions, or in a specific educational environment to promote healthy living and safe movement patterning in order to prevent further illness or injury.
