Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology is the study of the function of the human body during various acute and chronic exercise conditions.
At IWH our EP consults on movement of the body after an injury, illness or prolonged medical condition.
Our EP also specializes in prevention exercises to ensure muscles are working at their optimal levels and so therefore reduce the risk of injury.
All services are geared to ensure optimal movement of restricted or injured areas of the body.
